lost weight with mind thingking???

actually it works 4 me(i think???). Weight is major problem for woman,i don’t mean a big girl is less beautifful,cause i know a beautifful woman such Huges,i thing she’s gorgeous,with confindent like her. For me big body is no problem ,i still fell comfortable with my self(i dont know with my husband :P )

After delivered my second baby,i gain ,well ,alot,still have to work at least 10kg,which is not change for 6 month after delivered. I cant execise at gym,i have baby,and 3yo kid,with 16yo maid whom sometimes dont know what 2 do….

u know what do?

1. always feel thin(well…dont care anybody think)

2. i eat what i need,3 time day with regular amount

3.Since i cant go to gym,i replace with….washing my car(if not enough 4 u,u can wash ur neighbours car),cleanup my bathroom,we talking about make us sweat,dont go far,there’s alot sweat thing we could make at home :P

4. not even thing 2 buy “big clothes”. i wore my husband tshirt 4 months,perhaps i look like a dog(dont care,im not even look at mirror no more)

5. riding bike every morning. Well its fun,its good,healthy right?if u like we could make that new sidejob,if u have enterpreneur spirit,selling thing in ur neighbourhood while execise.

actually i dont know if that make me loss 12kg in 6 month or bcause im no longer feeding my baby,but i works!i already got my body bck

im not thin but not fat either,most importn is im healthy!!!
